please read and comment thank you… elliott sadler and kurt busch have a big crash started by jimmie johnson bump drafting. 10 years ago this would have been a lot worse maybe fatal…i want to hear what you all think of the race coverage at pocono i thought it was terrible all the camera angles they have and this is all we see. plus i thought the racing was bad until there was a threat of rain then it got good. please comment on what you think of nascar on espn i think it sucks..or is it just me??thank you

On lap 14, a 27 car wreck on the back straightaway put more than half the field in the garage sending 16 drivers to the infield care center and red flagging the race for 40 minutes. HOLY SHIT almost 2 million views. damn thats alot lol
Video Rating: 4 / 5

ESPN only cares about Kyle Busch and Danica Patrick
I think they should have more stationary cameras on the inside walls around Pocono. That way, they would be able to see the hits, and with the live cameras, it always seems like ESPN zoom in on the main car in the accident and then miss everything else.
I remember when ESPN used to be this shit on NASCAR coverage then fox schooled em and they are just shit. As far as Pocono goes, I never have been a fan of the track. The restarts are exciting for a couple laps then its just a snoozer
Ill give espn some credit for giving their attention to kurt once he spun, but really? Even the blimp missed it? Espn needs to stick with world series of poker
@SteveStifflerRules or basketball
@AutoRockinRacing94 that’s espn for u..they suck real bad….i mean its bad how much they miss
JJ sucks at bump drafting. He caused the whole thing.
@firestarsfan yea ive seen that vid. too shakey to actually see Elliott’s car. but man that was a scary wreck
@DsturbedFan728 Someone caught the aftermath of the wreck. you can’t really see Sadler’s car, but you can see the dirt, the radiator go flying, pieces going everywhere.
this is why ESPN friggin sucks. how did they miss this wreck? idiotic camera work. they didnt even see it themselves. this is why nascars ratings have plummeted back to where they started.
i heard that Sadler got up on his side but didnt go over, so i guess we have to live with mental images
I remember seeing the one angle of it, espn had the tape, showed it later in that race, AJ Wallinbanger hit Elliott (his at the time teammate). AJ was also the one that took out at the time teammate Kasey in June same straightaway. I know I wouldnt want Wallinbanger as a teeammate. LOL
odd that the ambulance was at the guy walking around while there was a driver actually lying on the track just a hundred yards behind them…
espn sucks the list would be too long to put here on how many times they screw up so I’ll just list the things they are good at:
NOTHING
espn sucks at broadcasting nascar. give it over to fox or tnt, and stick with football.
No camera angles of Sadler’s crash. ESPN FAILS AGAIN.
First off ESPN you suck at commentating and camera work, just quit. Second shame on Pocono for having that kind of angle anywhere on the track
@14tonystewartfan39 and the weird thing is there’s no real video evidence of either his Michigan or Pocono flips.
how many hard hits has elliot sadler taken
1 fliped on the backstrech at talladega
2 fliped on the frontstrecth at talladega
3 flips at michigan
4 head-on into the wall at pocono
goosh elliot needs a break.lol
@RowdyBuschRoks Only 2 cars were involved, and only 1 of them was without a motor, the 19 which they addressed.
@taranchula97 As soon as Kurt wrecked, all camera go to Kurt. We’re lucky we had one angle at least
@Aaron11579 They ran the numbers. It’s the hardest hit ever recorded.
Are you fucking kidding me? No angles of Elliot Sadler’s crash?
i have seen some of the worst nascar crashes at pocono, but this has to be the hardest wreck at pocono, i have been waiting for a long time for someone to either go outside the track (or just come close to it) or someone to hit the inside dirt bank/gardrail head on, and both happend in the same year
@madman725 man if you say so then you must have missed Michael Mcdowell at texas 2008.
0:52 you see the red/orange come through the wreckage
@BjM317951 Wow, nice NASCAR banner “emoticon”. I nevi thoughta that. XD
//////NASCAR is just awsome!
im supprised a women didnt cause this
Ahaha the number 41 car bumps him
So Darrell circles 5 cars
@SH4D3E
watch formual one is sport too but nascar are very skillfull they ride with nearly 200mph.
@ezloak and you have a better sport? How is any other sport on tv any different? Basket ball what do they do? Run back and forth on a court chasing a ball. Hockey, baseball, tennis, all the same. Auto racing is the greatest sport on earth. Whether it’s in a straight line or roundie round. I think the numbers speak for themselves.
dum ass circles like 5 cars
Y A W N…………
NASCAR RACING PUTS ME TO SLEEP… I MEAN, WHAT SKILL IS REQUIRED TO DRIVE A RACE-CAR AROUND A BANKED OVAL TRACK 500 TIMES? IT LOOKS LIKE ANYONE WITH A RIGHT FOOT AND TWO HANDS COULD WIN A NASCAR RACE IF THEY GOT A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP.
poor ppl…u all need to live life, find what real entertainment is…and i lol’ed when the annoncer is like its this car right here “circles 4 cars” ahahah
the guy seems so calm
Loads of youtube users have stolen this video, just because they want to make it more popular.
this sport is so retarded
final destination 4
of course it was at dega
Man it’s awful when you see big ones happen early in the races.
1:08 try to watch the green car on the very right wall just speed out of there not get hit.
@JeffGordon221
Micheal shumacher wouldnt have anything to do with it…
Nascar’s Sh!t, like everysingle American sport
thats gotta hurt for the first car that crashed!!!!!!!!!
ouch!!! thats gotta hurt for the first car that crashed!!!!!!!!!
I love the strategy: Get a yokel from the south, a northern type with a clean voice, and then another fellow to somehow glue the two voices together and maybe – just maybe – someone with half a brain will be convinced that watching cars drive in a circle for hours is genuine entertainment and they’ll buy the beer advertised and slowly lose the other half. Like hamsters in a cage watching the popular hamster running in the wheel and not getting anywhere, wishing they could also run in place.
nascars stupid, all you do is drive in circles!
Formula One drivers wouldn’t cope with NASCAR, end of story. It’s a completely different and more intense form of racing. Stock car racing is closer, the speed is pretty much constant with no chickenshit chicanes to get in the way, there’s far less margin for error and therefore is way more dangerous than F1. And before the Europeans start calling me a dumb yank or stupid hick or redneck I’m English, living in England. I’m not biased. I just know that NASCAR drivers are the bravest of the brave!
That’s dangerous.
